Applications

BLACK STEEL PIPES & TUBES
Widely used in water, gas & steam, black steel tubes and pipes are used for gas distribution inside & outside homes and for hot water circulation in boiler systems.
It is also used in oil & petroleum industries, for water wells, potable water or to drain waste and vent lines.

ROUND STEEL PIPES
Mostly used pipes. Applications: In buildings, construction industry, water & sewage pipes. Available in many diameters.

SQUARE STEEL PIPES TUBES
Used in many industries. Fast growing applicationapp2

RECTANGULAR STEEL PIPES & TUBES
Used in industries. They are defined by height, length, width, radius & welding gap. Available in various sizes.

HOLLOW STEEL PIPES & TUBES
Hollow from inside but possess great strength

GALVANIZED STEEL PIPES & TUBING
Pipes covered with a thin layer of zinc metal. Steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath, ensuring a tough & uniform barrier coating.
Zinc's natural corrosion resistance, provides long term protection.
app3Used widely in the construction industry, when seeking long term structural performance and corrosion resistance in harsh outdoors. G.I pipes resist the attacks of wind, water and road salts.

STANDARD STEEL PIPES & TUBES
Circular welded non-alloy steel pipes of cross section (circular) not more than 406.4 millimeters (16 inches) in outside diameter tubes are generally known as standard steel pipes.
Regardless of wall thickness, the surface finish of such pipes are always black, G.I or painted. The end of such pipes may be plain, threaded or threaded & coupled.
Standard pipes are Electric Resistance Welded.
Applications of such pipes are: for low pressure water supply, steam & other liquids. Used in plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and water sprinkler systems.
Also used in fencing & structural work in construction, trucking, shipbuilding, farm equipment & other such industries.

STRUCTURAL STEEL PIPES & TUBESapp4
Structural steel pipes are circular, square & rectangular cross-sections.
Such pipes are used for drainage pipes, small bridges, culverts, sub-drains, sewers, service tunnels and other such applications.
Due to their low weight, structural pipe offers better resistance to torsional stress & sagging.
They are easy to erect, have simple welded joints, comparatively small exterior surface area, without
sharp angles or burrs, ensuring ease of maintenance & protection against corrosion
